Manuel méthodologique et formations

Le projet IREDA a associé des démographes et des documentalistes de différents horizons pour mener à bien sa réalisation. Un document méthodologique a été mis au point en 2008 pour organiser les travaux, pour décrire les opérations et pour saisir les références bibliographiques des documents associés aux opérations. Les consignes de saisie du manuel ont également été intégrées dans la Trousse à enquêtes, logiciel de saisie des données de la base IREDA. La version légèrement remaniée de ce manuel méthodologique est disponible ici.

La formation des partenaires a été réalisée grâce à plusieurs visioconférences portant sur les différents points méthodologiques à mettre en oeuvre.

Logiciel la Trousse à enquêtes

La Trousse à enquêtes est un logiciel libre en PHP-MySQL, compatible avec les normes DDI et Dublin Core. Il y avait à l'origine une version susceptible d'être installée localement par chaque organisme partenaire, qui permettait d'échanger facilement les données à mettre sur le site ouvert à la consultation. On peut consulter ici  et là les manuels techniques, mais la version locale du logiciel, qui a été librement téléchargeable sur le site IREDA pour que tout lecteur intéressé puisse créer sa propre base de données d'enquêtes statistiques, n'est plus fonctionnelle à la suite des différentes mises à jour de PHP-MySQL ; elle a donc été retirée.

Methodological manual and training

The IREDA project has brought together demographers and librarians from different backgrounds to successfully complete its implementation. A methodological document was developped in 2008 to organize the work, to describe the operations and to enter the bibliographical references of the documents related to the operations. The handbook instructions have also been integrated into the "Trousse à enquêtes" [Survey Toolkit], data entry software for the IREDA database. The slightly revised version of this methodological handbook is disponible here.

The training of the partners was carried out thanks to several videoconferences relating to the various methodological points to be implemented.

Survey Toolkit Software

The "Trousse à enquêtes" is a free software in PHP-MySQL, compatible with DDI and Dublin Core standards. There was originally a version that could be installed locally by each partner institution, which made it possible to easily exchange data to be put on the site free for consulting. The technical hanbooks canvbbe consulted here and  there, but the local version of the software, which has been freely downloaded from the IREDA site, so that any interested reader can create his own database of statistical surveys, is no longer functional following the various PHP-MySQL updates; it was therefore withdrawn.
